Improving Doctors' Working Lives

The BMJ carries an article on the BMA's evidence to the inquiry, while the HSJ also updates on the NHS Confederation's evidence to the inquiry on Wednesday. We've mentioned the BMA evidence here before; the NHS Confederation stated that they were supportive of the EWTD but felt it needed flexible application. Alastair Henderson raised concerns over SiMAP and Jaeger and stated that on call time needed to be treated differently from normal working time.
